This policy covers orders from Outlaw Swagger USA, LLC placed on this website.

Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States only.

How long it takes

• Made-to-order apparel and hats ship in 3–7 business days.
• Drinks and in-stock items ship in 1–3 business days.
• After shipping, packages take 2–5 business days in transit.

These are estimates, not guarantees; carriers can be delayed, especially around holidays and bad weather.

What shipping costs

• Apparel, hats and other merch: $5.95 per order, and free when your order subtotal (drinks included) is $50 or more.
• Drinks: shipping is charged separately, based on the weight of your drinks. It is shown at checkout before you pay and is always charged, even on orders of $50 or more.

More than one package

Items can ship from different places, so one order may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking email. You can also check your order any time on the order lookup page.

Problems with delivery

If a package arrives damaged or something looks wrong with your delivery, email info@outlawswagger.com with your order number. See our Refund Policy for damaged or wrong items.
