Refund Policy

This policy covers purchases from Outlaw Swagger USA, LLC (“Outlaw Swagger”, “we”) on this website.

Made-to-order apparel and hats

Our shirts, hoodies, hats and other apparel are printed or made for each order. Because each item is made just for you, there are no returns or exchanges on these items, including for size or color. Please check the size and color before you order.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or isn’t what you ordered, we’ll make it right with a replacement or a refund. Email info@outlawswagger.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem.

Drinks

Outlaw Fuel drinks can’t be returned once they have shipped. If drinks arrive damaged, defective or wrong, the same 30-day, photo-and-email rule above applies.

Cancellations

An order can only be canceled before it is sent for production or shipping. Made-to-order items go to the printer within about a minute of payment, so if you need to change or cancel an order, email info@outlawswagger.com immediately.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.
