Outlaw Swagger USA, LLC (“we”) runs this website. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and who helps us handle it.

What we collect

• When you order: your name, email address, shipping address, phone number (required at checkout), and what you ordered.
• When you join the 46 Club: your email address.
• When you contact us: your name, email address, order number if you give one, and your message.

Card details are entered on Stripe’s secure checkout page. We never see or store your full card number.

Why we use it

• To make, ship and support your order.
• To send emails about your order, such as your confirmation and shipping updates.
• To send 46 Club updates if you signed up.
• To answer your messages.

Who helps us

We share only what each service needs to do its job:

• Stripe — takes payments.
• Resend — sends our emails.
• Printful and Fuel (our apparel print partner) — print and ship made-to-order items.
• Shippo — creates shipping labels.
• Vercel — hosts this website.
• Neon — hosts our database.

We don’t sell your personal information.

Cookies

Your cart is saved in your browser (not in a cookie). The only cookies we set are for our own admin login. Stripe’s checkout page uses its own cookies. We don’t use advertising trackers.

Unsubscribing and your data

• To leave the 46 Club, email info@outlawswagger.com and ask to be removed.
• To ask what information we hold about you, or to ask us to correct or delete it, email info@outlawswagger.com.

Children

This site isn’t directed to children, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update it here and change the date at the top.
