How To Return an Item:

Your item must be in its original, unused condition in order for it to be returned. The only exception made pertains to manufacturer defects. If the product is defective for some reason, let us know, and we'll make sure you get a full refund. Either way, unhappy or defective, your must return the item within 15 days of your purchase. No exceptions!

Three Steps:

  1. Please email info@outlawswagger.com to begin the refund process.
  2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Please include inside of your package a copy of your order confirmation / receipt (sent via email at checkout and in print when your packaged arrived)

About Refunds:

  1. Once product has been received and restocked, please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed. This time may vary depending on your financial institution's policy and / or your method of payment.
  2. If returned item appears to be worn, torn, washed or faded, it will not be refunded. Sorry, but there are no exceptions here.
  3. As always, sale items are non-refundable!
